vanilla ice cream
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of heavy cream;
- 0.5 ml of milk 3.2%;
- 5 pieces of chicken eggs;
- 100 grams of powdered sugar;
- 1 sachet of vanillin.
Cooking process:
- First you need to separate the proteins from the yolks, where the yolks need to be mixed with sugar and vanilla. We take vanillin at the tip of a knife. Stir the mixture well until smooth.
- Then the milk must be brought to a boil and slowly pour it into our yolks. In the process, mix the mass well so that the yolks do not curl. Then put the mixture on a slow fire and cook for three minutes, until the mass begins to thicken. But do not bring it to a boil.
- When the mixture cools down, put it in your built-in refrigerator and start whipping the cream. The cream must be pre-cooled, then whipped with a mixer. Then mix our mass and cream, and mix well.
- Pour the mass into the molds and put it in the freezer. In the first 30 minutes, the mass needs to be mixed, and after every 20. Thus, you will have three hours and ice cream is ready.
Fruit ice cream
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of strawberries;
- 3 pieces of kiwi;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 150 ml of purified water;
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Cooking process:
Pour sugar, lemon juice into the water and heat the water until they are completely dissolved. After the strawberries and kiwi, peel and squeeze the strawberries, and mash the kiwi using a blender.
Pour half the syrup into the strawberries and the other half into the kiwi puree. If you do not have a mold for ice cream, then use ordinary plastic cups. But you will definitely need ice cream sticks.
Pour strawberry puree and kiwi puree into glasses, but do not fill the glass completely, but only to half of it. In the middle, stick a wooden stick, fill the glass to the top with fruit puree and put them in the freezer for 3 hours.
Chocolate ice cream with nuts
Ingredients:
- 600 ml cream;
- 200 grams of dark chocolate;
- 4 pieces of chicken eggs;
- 100 grams of walnuts;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa.
Cooking process:
In a pan with a thick bottom, you need to melt the chocolate, cocoa and cream. But do not bring the mixture to a boil. When the mixture is ready, then it must be allowed to cool to room temperature.
In a frying pan without adding oil, we begin to fry the nuts, and then grind them in a blender. Separate the yolks from the proteins and mix the first with sugar. Beat the mixture with a mixer until light.
Pour the mixture to our chocolate and put the pan in a water bath. In this way we prepare our cream for 10 minutes, until it thickens a little. After that we add nuts to it and mix everything well.
Then it is worth pouring the mixture into any container and put it in the freezer for 4-6 hours. When time passes, you can enjoy the pleasant and delicate taste of chocolate ice cream.
