Outer case

There are also other types of fabric: flock, micro-velveteen, eco-leather, velveteen, jeans or velor.
Inner case
Here you will need a breathable fabric that will allow air to pass through well. This is a spanbond. This fabric is not very expensive and is perfect for the inner cover.
Other types of fabric can be dense cotton, raincoat fabric.
Stuffing
Often, balls or polystyrene beads are used to fill the inner cover. Together with such material, wood shavings, down, feathers, wool can be added to the cover.
We sew a chair bag
In addition to the above materials, you will also need:
- Long lightning - 1 meter;
- Lightning is slightly shorter - 40 cm.
- Filler - 150 liters.
Pattern
- You do the pattern yourself, depending on the size of your bean bag chair. The larger the chair, the larger the size. You can use our pattern and sew a chair bag on it.
- Always remember that after you have transferred the pattern to the fabric, it is worth adding 1.5 centimeters to the allowances and seams on the sides. Then cut the fabric parts
- Then we begin to sew the inner cover, on one side of which you need to sew in a zipper, and process all the seams with an overlock.
- On the front side of the second case, you need to stitch the side seams, and then fold the side wedges and sketch them. As well as on the inner case, you need to leave room for a zipper. Do not forget to iron each seam.
- To make a pen, you need to turn the prepared part inside out. Then stitch it along the long edge, and then turn it out and iron it.
- After turning both covers inside out and sew the top of the inner cover to the outer cover, after which our handle is inserted. Then grind the bottom of both covers and you need to stitch the resulting circles.
- And now you can turn your covers on the front side and go to the step with filling. Start filling the inner cover with polystyrene foam, just try to do it carefully, as the balls are very tenacious and it’s hard to tear off what touches them.
