Types of Lentils
There are several different types of lentils in the world. Below you can find out which ones.
Brown lentils - boiled for about 30-40 minutes and has a delicate and pleasant taste.
Lentils - unripe brown. It boils for about 10 minutes and often bursts during cooking. The taste is fresher than the brown look.
Red lentils - It takes about 15 minutes to cook and takes on a golden hue when ready.
White lentils - It takes about 25 minutes to cook and has a neutral taste.
Lentils Puy - French type of lentils. It has a sharp taste and smell and is boiled for about 25 minutes.
Black lentils - the cooking time takes about 20 minutes, has a good, mild taste.
Lentil cutlets (step by step instructions)
Structure:
- 100 grams of lentils;

Lentils and Eggs
Structure:
- 1 cup red lentils;
- 1 cup peas;
- 3 pieces of onions;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 2 teaspoons garam masala;
- 4 cups chicken stock;
- 100 grams of cilantro;
- 4 pieces of egg;
- Salt, pepper to taste.
Cooking process:
