Machine washable
Can I wash sneakers in a typewriter?
Sure. Even if you don’t have the “sports shoes” option, then following our rules you can easily wash your sneakers in a washing machine. Of course, there is a possibility that the sneakers after the strick can be deformed, but this is more true for low-quality and cheap Chinese models.
Step 1
Before loading sneakers into the machine, it is necessary to remove the laces and insoles from them. Such things need to be washed separately, which will take a couple of minutes. If the insoles are non-removable, leave it as it is.
Step 2
So that the machine does not clog in huge pieces of dirt from your sole, which may also contain small pebbles, grass and leaves. You need to wash them off under running water using regular matches to clean a corrugated or patterned sole.
Step 3
You must have a laundry bag, which can easily be found in any hardware store. If there is no such bag, and you urgently need to wash the sneakers, then take the old pillowcase and put the sneakers in it.
Step 4
The temperature for washing sneakers should be minimal. Because heat can distort your sneakers, and colored paint can leak. From the programs, choose the most delicate wash, or if there is an option "sports shoes" then choose it. Be sure to turn off the drying option.
Step 5
When the sneakers are washed you need to dry them. Take paper towels and remove excess moisture from the outside of the shoe. Then take more paper and fill it with a sneaker from the inside. This will help maintain their shape. Do not place sneakers near a battery or other heat sources to dry.
We erase sneakers manually
If there are rhinestones, decorative elements, stickers, rivets or spikes on the sneakers, then such sneakers need to be washed manually.
Step 1
Once again, you need to pull the laces and insole from the sneaker if it is removed. Then you need a special brush to clean the sneakers. If there is no such brush, then take a regular sponge for dishes and proceed to washing.
Step 2
Laundry soap is good for synthetics.
For textiles and white sneakers - Vanish washing liquid.
Leather sneakers will help wash away soapy water, but suede and nubuck cannot be wetted. For them you need to use a special spray for cleaning and brush.
Step 3
If the sneakers are very dirty, then first they need to be soaked in soapy water and warm water. Water should be 30-40 degrees and in it you leave running shoes for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4
Then apply the detergent to the sneakers and use a brush to wipe the surface and the sole. Pay particular attention to the inside of the shoe. Because sweat accumulates there and an unpleasant smell appears. Rinse off the cleanser with sneakers until the water is clear.
Step 5
Sneakers need to be dried in the same way as drying after a machine.
