Ribbon bow without fasteners
Classic bow
A very simple but beautiful little bow that you can make in minimal time.
Manufacturing process:
- Take a small silk ribbon of any color. Make small loops on different sides and put loops around your index fingers.
- After stick one loop into another and tighten the ribbon
- Beautiful, cute decor is ready!
Gift decoration bow
Now you can make a very beautiful and elegant bow yourself for a particular occasion and decorate any gift with it.
Manufacturing process:
- Hold the ribbon with your thumb and forefinger and form a ring out of it.
- Continue to make the following rings, collecting all the resulting turns on the fingers.
- After the middle of your bow, drag a thin ribbon (a separate segment)
- We remove the turns from the fingers and straighten the bow.
Elegant bow
Beautiful and discreet rep ribbon bow.
Manufacturing process:
- Cut two small strips from the ribbon, depending on the size of your future bow. Fold them in rings and lay them on top of each other, crosswise, as in the photo.
- Then, in the middle, horizontally to our bow, you put the third piece of ribbon folded in a ring. Drip on the middle pre-glue and sew three pieces together.
- Then cut a piece of ribbon slightly longer than the previous ones, and the second segment will need the same length, but with the processed edges, as indicated in photo No. 5.
- Turn your bow over and drop a little glue on it and put a piece of ribbon with the processed edges.
- From above we drip with glue and wrap our bow in the middle with the second segment, as in the photo.
Voila! Elegant bow ready.
Two-color bow
A beautiful, two-color bow in which you are free to choose different color schemes of ribbons.
Manufacturing process:
- Take a satin ribbon 2.5 cm wide. You will need 6 pieces of such a ribbon 11 cm long. You need to take a separate tape in the middle 5 cm long and 1 cm wide. You will also need a glue gun, two pieces of felt, rhinestones, safety pins or sewing, a regular needle and thread.
- Cut the desired segments and fold one piece of tape as indicated in the photo, securing the bend with a sewing pin.
- After we turn over our piece of tape and wrap its edge to the left.
- We do another twist and fix with a needle. Sew our petal and tighten the thread. The edge of the petal can be fixed with glue.
- We continue to make petals, three of the same color, three of the other.
- After gluing 4 petals, 2 pieces on each side on a piece of felt with a glue gun. Then in the middle of each side we glue one more petal.
- The middle of our bows should be wrapped with a thin piece of ribbon, glue it, and on top glue the decor in the form of rhinestones.
Volume bow
An original decoration that is perfect for a girl in kindergarten or in first grade.
Manufacturing process:
First, we make 5 roses from a satin ribbon. To make a rose, take a piece of tape 50 cm and a width of 5 cm. Fold the tape in half and make four bends from one edge and fix with a thread. After we make out one turn, after the second and fix with a thread. We continue to make the third and fourth turns, after which we fix them with a thread again. Then the fifth and sixth curls follow, we fix with a thread. The next seventh and eighth turns are made in the previous technique, but we try to make the bend slightly lower than the center of the previous turn. We fix the turns with a thread and continue to make turns in the same technique to the end of the entire tape.
The last turn, the end of the ribbon, is to bend the roses down and sew them together. The tip of the tape should be melted so that it does not crumble. After gluing a circle of felt to the bottom of the rosette, on which we make two cuts to insert the elastic into it. We glue the circle only around the circumference, without putting glue in the middle.
After a decorative rubber band 24 cm long, insert the rose through the holes in the felt. Then we take a wide satin ribbon measuring 5 cm in width and 24 cm in length (4 segments). Fill in two pieces one circle and exactly the same second. We fix their ends with a thread, and then sew them together in the center, forming a bow. We wrap the middle of the bow with a thin ribbon and attach a large strass in the middle, if desired.
Then we fix our elastic band with threads and glue a bow to it.
Hairpin Ribbon Bows
Butterfly bow
A beautiful and attractive bow-butterfly for the minimum time.
Manufacturing process:
- Take two satin ribbons equal to each other and make two rings of them.
- In a separate piece of ribbon it is worth stitching the edges or soldering, as indicated in figure No. 4.
- After you take two rings and sew them in the middle. By the way, the place of confluence can not be sewn, but glued with a glue gun.
- Then, in the middle of our stitched rings, you add the finished middle with sealed edges. Sew its edges and attach the bow to the main part of the hairpin or elastic.
Flower extravaganza
A beautiful bow hairpin that is suitable for holidays, celebrations or performances.
Manufacturing process:
- Take a wide ribbon of about 4 cm and cut 6 pieces out of it.
- Thread them with a regular sewing needle and pull off the petals.
- After we proceed to the second layer. Cut 2 pieces from a ribbon 2 cm wide. 6 pieces, and on the first layer put a shiny decor in the form of a flower of rhinestones (just the outline of a flower to give the bow a shiny look) and lay on top of the second layer like the first, stitching them together. By the way, you do not have to choose rhinestones, it can be any other shiny decor.
- In the middle of our bow, you can glue a large rhinestone, decorative stone or other decoration. Glue your bow on the base of the hair clip and the beautiful decoration is ready.
Star bow
The basis for such a bow is best chosen in the form of elastic, and not hairpins, it will be more convenient and more beautiful.
Manufacturing process:
First, cut out an asterisk of two sizes from thin cardboard. We make a round hole in the middle of the template and thread the tape through it. It is better to take a lace openwork so that the future bow looks richer.
Then wrap the ribbon with our ribbon asterisk, as indicated in the photo. Follow the instructions clearly, otherwise the asterisk may not work. When you are done, the middle should be flashed so that the star does not break up.
After that, we turn to the rep ribbon, having singed its ends beforehand, so that the ribbon does not dissolve during operation and operation.We wind our tape on the workpiece according to the same principle as with openwork tape. Sew the middle.
Then we make another asterisk from an openwork ribbon of a smaller shape. To do this, use the second blank asterisk of a smaller size. We sew any decor in the middle of our openwork little star and sew a star from the rep ribbon from the bottom.
After we sew under the bottom of the rep star, the openwork star that we did the very first. And then we sew the base of the gum, for reliability, fixing it with a flat tape.
Satin bow
Simple, original bows from a satin ribbon based on an elastic band, will suit you for different outfits, beautifully decorating your hair.
Manufacturing process:
- Take 4 pieces of tape with a width of 5 and 6 cm.
- Be sure to burn the ends of the tape with a lighter so that the tape does not fall apart during operation. The segment itself needs to be folded in half and the ends of the tape bent inward.
- The result is a petal, which we pull on a thread with a second petal.
- We collect the second pair of petals and sew them together in the middle.
- From the bottom we sew the base of the elastic, and then proceed to the design of the middle.
- Take a piece of rep ribbon in a different color and wrap it in the middle of your bow, as indicated in the photo. Using a glue gun, glue it to the center and the bow is ready.
Kanzashi-style bow tie
A beautiful bow in the kanzashi style involves a bow in the form of a flower, which is perfect for any occasion.
Manufacturing process:
- Take one ribbon 2.5 cm wide in blue and one in white. You will also need decor for decoration, a ruler, scissors, glue, tweezers and matches. Cut 11 pieces of blue ribbon of 8 cm, and white 6 pieces of 8 cm.
- Bend the first piece of the blue ribbon obliquely, then fold again and connect the lower part, thereby forming a petal. Be sure the ends of the ribbon should be scorched by fire so that it does not decay during operation.
- We continue to make petals from other pieces of blue and white ribbon, not forgetting to scorch the ends. After we cut out the circle from the ribbon and glue the blue petals to it. Glue only 8 pieces. We glue the white ones over the blue ones, and after that we glue the blue ones, as indicated in the photo.
- A pebble or strassik is inserted into the middle with glue.
- We attach a gum and a beautiful one to the base of the bow, the decoration is ready.
