Chicken Breast Soups
Soup "Easy"
Ingredients Composition:
- 1 PC. chicken breast.
- 5 pieces. potatoes.
- 2 pcs. carrots (small)
- 1 PC. bulbs (onions)
- Salt, ground pepper, bay leaf (to taste)
Cooking process:
Take the chicken breast and wash it well under water, and then cut into small cubes.
Three carrots on a grater, and cut the onions into small straws. We put a saucepan with water (3 l) and when the water boils, we throw out the carrots and onions. Add pepper, bay leaf and salt there.
Add after our breast and cook for 15-20 minutes until the meat is ready. Cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the pan and cook until cooked. We try the broth and adjust the taste of salt and pepper.
Thai soup
Ingredients Composition:
- 2.5 pcs chicken breast.
- 1 PC. lime.
- 3 tbsp. chicken stock.
- 2 pcs. onions (shallots)
- 1 tsp seasoning curry.
- 50 g of lemon grass.
- 1⁄2 tsp seasoning zira (ground cumin)
- 1 PC. chilli)
- 150 gr. mushrooms (shiitake)
- 1 tsp fish sauce.
- 1⁄2 carrots.
- 80 gr. cilantro.
- 10 g mint.
- 1 PC. ginger root (small)
Cooking process:
Chop lemon grass, and also grate the peeled ginger root on a grater. Cut shallots into strips (shallow) and simmer in a skillet over low heat with minimal addition of sunflower oil. Before use, the meat should be washed and dried well. After that, chicken breasts should be boiled and cut into strips, as well as washed shiitaki mushrooms. Peel the chili from seeds and cut into small cubes.
Pour the chicken stock into a saucepan (3 liters) and boil it. After adding 3 slices of lime, chopped lemon grass, grated ginger, chopped onion, chili pepper, shiitake and one teaspoon of fish sauce. Boil the broth for about ten minutes on low heat. After adding carrots (cut into cubes), cilantro and boil the broth for another 5-7 minutes. For beauty, you can decorate the finished soup with herbs and fresh lime slices.
Cream Cheese Chicken Soup
Ingredients Composition:
- 250 grams of cream cheese without additives.
- 4 things. potatoes.
- 2 pcs. chicken breasts.
- 2 pcs. carrots (small)
- 1 PC. onions (onions)
- Spices including bay leaf (to taste)
Cooking process:
At the beginning, the breast should be thoroughly washed in water and dried. Pour water into a saucepan (3 liters) and put the chopped breast into it. Boil for 15 minutes, and then go to the potatoes. Peel the potato, cut into small cubes and add it to the broth to the breast.
Grate the carrots on a grater (shallow), cut the onion with a small straw and fry in a pan with the addition of vegetable oil.
Put the frying in the soup and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the sliced processed cheese and mix the broth until the cheese is dissolved in water. You can decorate the finished soup with herbs, and do not forget to add spices to taste.
Chicken Breast Appetizers
Breast roll
Ingredients Composition:
- 3 sheets of thin pita bread.
- 1-2 pcs. chicken breast (1 large or 2 small can be)
- 3 pcs. eggs (chicken)
- 250 ml mayonnaise (30%)
- 2 pcs. tomato (red)
- 30 gr greens.
- 150 gr. lettuce (leaves)
- 1 PC. sweet bell pepper (large)
- 2 tbsp butter.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 1 PC. bulb
- Salt, pepper (to taste)
Cooking process:
Rinse the chicken breast well and place it in a pot of salted water. Boil the breast for about 40 minutes. Do not forget to remove the foam after the water boils.
Cook the eggs, and then cool them in cold water and clean.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and simmer in a pan with finely chopped onions.
After 3 minutes, add crushed garlic to the pan, and salt everything. Finely chop the dill and mix it with half of our mayonnaise.
Finely chop the boiled eggs, and bell pepper into strips. Mix it all with the remaining mayonnaise and mix well.
Finely chop the breast, add it to mayonnaise with eggs and pepper.
On
pita bread
spread the sauce of mayonnaise and dill, and put a lettuce leaf on top.
On top of the lettuce, put the second sheet of pita bread and lay chicken with pepper and eggs on it. Then we put the third pita bread and put tomatoes with garlic on it. We roll the roll tightly and wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Smoked bacon rolls chicken breast
Beautiful snacks on every day.
Ingredients Composition:
- 9 pcs. chicken breasts.
- 9 slices of smoked bacon.
- Pesto (to taste)
- Spices including salt (to taste)
Cooking process:
First, it’s worth bouncing the breasts so that they increase in size. After, put a piece of smoked bacon in each of them, add pesto. Then roll the breast into a roll, add spices and send to a preheated grill in the oven or oven.
Roast meat in the oven for 10 minutes, on each side until tender. Before serving, you can decorate with greens.
Chicken skewers
Ingredients Composition:
- 1 tsp honey (any)
- 0.5 kg chicken breast.

- 1 tbsp orange zest.
- 40 gr ketchup (tender)
- 3 pcs. zucchini (small)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking process:
Cut raw chicken breasts into pieces (after rinsing them well with water) pepper, zucchini, and string them one by one on a wooden skewer. Mix honey, orange juice with ketchup (15 gr), spices and zest, and marinate skewers with chicken in this marinade for 15 minutes.
Cooking skewers with meat and vegetables is steamed, about 15 minutes.
Chicken Breast Salads
Special salad with mushrooms and chicken breast
Ingredients Composition:
- 200 gr. chicken breast.
- 20 gr. champignons.
- 3 pcs eggs.
- 200 gr. Russian cheese.
- 3 tbsp of corn.
- 2 pcs. fresh cucumber.
- 2 pcs. salted or slightly salted cucumber.
- 3 pcs. tomato (red)
- Provencal mayonnaise 67% (100 gr)
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking process:
To begin with, chicken breast and eggs need to be washed with cold water, and preferably with soap and eggs. After both boil the eggs and meat. Then fry the mushrooms, which need to be cut into pieces, together with chopped onions.
Grate boiled eggs with cheese, and finely disassemble the breast.
We cut cucumbers and tomatoes into cubes.
Finely chop the greens and add all the ingredients plus Provencal mayonnaise 67% fat. Salad can be decorated with greens.
Chicken Breast and Rice Salad
Ingredients Composition:
- 400 gr. chicken breast.
- 100 gr. rice.
- 1 PC. carrot.
- 1 clove of garlic.
- 50 gr greens - parsley and dill.
- Provencal mayonnaise 67% (100-150 gr)
- Spices including salt and ground pepper (to taste)
- 3 pcs. eggs (chicken)
Cooking process:
The chicken breast should first be washed under cold water, and then cook and split into fibers or small pieces.Boil one egg separately and leave the yolk, and use the protein in the salad.
After boiled eggs (2 pieces) and boiled carrots, you need to cut into strips, and then boil round rice and rinse it well with filtered water. Finely chop or chop greens and garlic in a blender, and then mix all the ingredients together and add mayonnaise. Season the salad with spices to taste. After putting the salad in a round cup, and then turn it on a plate. Garnish the top with grated yolk, herbs and peas.
Apple Dietary Salad
Ingredients Composition:

Cooking process:
Before starting, the chicken breast must be washed well under cold water, and then cook it until tender. After it is necessary to cut it into small pieces and put on a dish.
After washing the potatoes and carrots well and boil them in a peel until soft, then peel and cut into small cubes. We do the same with the apple and the ogruchik.
Cook the eggs for about fifteen minutes and cut them into cubes.
After adding peas and sour cream, salt, pepper to taste.

Chinese Chicken Breast
Chicken breast in Chinese has a sweetish-sour taste, which allows you to feel the taste of the breast in a new way.
Ingredients Composition:
- 3 pcs. chicken breast.
- 4 tbsp soy sauce.
- 2 tbsp honey (any)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
- Salt, pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp ground ginger.
- 1 tsp curry.
Cooking process:
Rinse the chicken breasts under water, and then cut it into pieces.
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, seasonings to the meat, mix everything and let the marinade infuse in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After warming the honey in a pan, and after it melts, add vegetable oil. Put marinated breasts in a pan and fry on low heat for 20 minutes, until cooked.
Cheese idyll
A gentle, hot dish that you can cook in a quick time, but in the end get a very tasty and juicy result.
Ingredients Composition:
- 0.5 kg chicken breast.
- 2 pcs. bulbs (onions)
- 1 PC. bell pepper (green)
- 2 pcs. tomato (red)
- 1 PC. chicken egg)
- 30 gr sour cream (25%)
- 200 gr. Russian cheese.
- Tbsp oil (vegetable)
- Salt, pepper (to taste)
- Italian herbs (to taste)
- 10 gr. mustard (wet)
Cooking process:
We wash the chicken breasts well and mix them with herbs and spices. Leave the meat for fifteen minutes.
In a pan with sunflower oil, fry onion, chopped rings, bell pepper with straws and diced tomatoes. Fry for 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, put the stewed vegetables, and then the meat. Grated Russian cheese on a fine grater, mix with raw egg and sour cream, then grease our meat in a baking dish with this sauce. We put the form with meat and vegetables in the oven at 200 degrees and bake until cooked.
Almond Chicken Breast
A truly tasty and fairly quick dish that is perfect for special occasions.
Ingredients Composition:
- 0.6 kg chicken breast.
- 2 pcs. bulbs (onions)
- 150 ml. dry white wine.
- 10 gr. seasoning thyme.
- 2 pcs. eggs (chicken)
- 0.375 ml. chicken stock.
- 1-2 leaves of bay leaf.
- 50 gr almonds.
- 0.9 ml. olive oil.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 10 gr. seasoning saffron.
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking process:
We cut the chicken breast into pieces and fry it in a pan for 10 minutes, after which we shift the meat into a bowl.
Then chop the onion, garlic into small pieces and put it in the same pan. When the onion is fried, add our meat, wine, broth, lavrushka and thyme to it. Leave to simmer for 30 minutes, after closing the pan with a lid.
Mix together ground almonds, cinnamon, saffron, 2 yolks and add a spoonful of broth. We mix everything well, and add the resulting mixture to the breasts in a pan. Stew for 5 minutes, until the sauce is thick.The finished dish can be poured with sauce, and also decorated with greens.
