Essential Ingredients:
- Carrots - 2 pieces;
- Eggs - 3 jokes;
- Potato - 3 jokes;
- Red slightly salted fish (salmon, trout) - 200 grams;
- Red caviar - 2 tablespoons;
- Mayonnaise;
- Dill greens.
Cooking method:
- Boil carrots, eggs and potatoes, peel and let cool.
- Grate the carrots on a fine grater and put on pre-prepared foil, grease with mayonnaise.
- Next, grate the potatoes on a fine grater, put on top of the carrots, grease with mayonnaise and add a little salt.

Braised Beef with Mushrooms and Prunes

- Beef - 800 grams;
- Champignon mushrooms - 400 grams;
- Prunes - 100 grams;
- Cream with a fat content of 15 to 20% - 180 milliliters;
