Usually, for salads with chicken, everyone uses fillets. However, we want to share with you a simple and incredibly delicious salad of boiled chicken hearts. The cost of such a salad is a penny, and it flies from the table in a matter of minutes.
So, for cooking, we need:
Chicken Heart, 600 g
Bay leaf, 2 pcs.
Black pepper (peas), 3 pcs.
Salt to taste
Carrot, 150 g
Green peas, 100 g
Sunflower oil, 1 tbsp. l
Chives, 1 tsp
Sour cream to taste
Onion, 150 g
To begin, chicken hearts must be thoroughly washed, cut off excess fat and sent to a saucepan to cook for 25 minutes. Add salt, spices, bay leaf to the water.
Peel onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Then send the onion to the pan and fry for 5 minutes, then add the carrots to the onion and simmer for another 5 minutes. At the end, add the dried green onion, mix and remove from the stove after 2 minutes.
Next, slightly cooled chicken hearts are cut into 4 parts and put in a salad bowl. We send roasting there, green peas, salt, pepper and season with sour cream. Hearty and amazingly delicious salad is ready. Bon Appetit!
