Delicious meat balls are not only very satisfying, but will also become an adornment of your table.
For cooking you will need:
- Stuffing - 0.5 kg
- Puff pastry - 400 gr
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt and seasoning for meat - to taste
To get started, take half a kilogram of any minced meat, in this case chicken is used, and mix it with the rest of the ingredients, like cutlets. Onions should be finely chopped, no need to fry.
Then roll out the dough, remember that puff pastry always rolls in one direction. Slice closely along even lines of 5-7 mm wide.
Roll balls from minced meat, roll them in flour and gently wrap them in stripes of dough.
